What are the Promo Rules?

• Betta Cash Out option offers the possibility to pay out a ticket before all the matches are over or resulted.
• In the case of a multiple coupon, all bets in the coupon must be winning at the time of Cash Out.
• Bettabets reserves the right at all times to reject or remove a Cash Out opportunity at our discretion.
• Once a Cash Out offer is accepted, the initial bet is considered settled and closed – with no further winnings available from that bet.
• Cash Out will only be available after the first leg has resulted as winning.
• Cash Out may not be available on some events, tournaments or markets.
• Cash Out is not available during a match that is included in a multiple.
• Cash Out is not available for single-match bets.
• Cash Out is only available on our website and not in our retail stores until further notice.
• Online Cash Out procedure:
  • Go to “My Bets” and choose the bet you wish to Cash Out.
  • Click on the green “Cash Out” button to confirm your request.
• The Cash Out amount is calculated based on the current odds and is subject to change.
• Penalties apply for the early Cash Out pay out according to the remaining legs. Odds deduction is automatic and not negotiable.
• We do not guarantee the availability of ‘Cash Out’ offers for any event or betting type at any time, even if it has been offered for the same event or betting type before.
• We cannot be made liable in case ‘Cash Out’ is not available for technical or any other reasons. We recommend explicitly not to place bets based on the assumption that Cash Out will be available at a later point in time for the respective bet.
• If any technical issue causes an error in the calculation of payout of a ‘Cash Out’ offer. We reserve the right to cancel the offer, or in the event that the ‘Cash Out’ has already been paid, confiscate the payment.
• If a Cash Out is accepted by us when the result of the respective bet has already been determined, we reserve the right to void the Cash Out. We also reserve the right to void and reclaim any Cash Out where there is an indication for abuse of the Cash Out feature.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend Cash Out offers without cause or notice.
• When customers agreed to ‘Cash Out’ or successfully ‘Cashed Out’ this shall constitute a settlement of the original bet and any subsequent events will have no impact on the amount returned to your account.
• Where an obvious pricing error, also referred to as a palpable error, occurs that selection may not be cashed out.
