Follow these steps to upload your FICA documents:

• Log in to your account.
• Click on the top right-hand corner where you see your cash balance
• Look for "User info" and click on it.
• Under the “My Information” heading, you will see the option “Verification”. Please click that.
• On the verification page, you will see a cloud with an arrow pointing upwards. Click on this block to upload your documents.
• Fill in your banking details under user information, including:
  • Account holder name
  • Account number
  • Name of the bank
  • Branch code ( this is found on the stamp of your bank statement)
• Once completed, your documents will be reviewed within 24 hours, and you will receive feedback on whether your documents were accepted or not.

Additionally, you can submit your FICA documents through alternative channels:

• Email your FICA documents to fica.internal@bettagaming.com.
• Share the documents via our Live Chat portal, and we will upload them on your behalf.

Please note that the bonus offer is only applicable on Betta numbers (lucky number) and sports.

To use it on lucky numbers:

1. Make sure the minimum odd is 1.01.
2. Click "Lucky Numbers".
3. Click the draw that you want to play.
4. Select your numbers.
5. Click “Add to betting ticket”.
6. Click the bet slip icon at the bottom right corner, highlighted in yellow.
7. Enter the stake/amount.
8. Click “Main”.

For sports betting:

2. Click "Betta Sport".
3. Choose the sport that you want to play.
4. Go to the match that you would like to bet on.

6. Click “Betslip” at the top.
7. Enter the stake/amount.
8. Click “Main”.
9. Click the bonus that you want to use.
10. As soon as you click the bonus, it will place the bet.
