Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully. By participating in the bxclusiv loyalty program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, in addition to our general website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Introduction to bxclusiv

   

The bxclusiv Program is an exclusive loyalty initiative designed to reward our valued players for their consistent activity and loyalty. Membership offers enhanced benefits as detailed below.

2. Eligibility and Membership Qualification

• 2.1. To qualify, a player must make deposits over two consecutive calendar months.
• 2.2. Qualified players are invited in the third month to enjoy bxclusiv benefits.
• 2.3. Qualification is monthly. E.g., deposits in Jan & Feb = membership in Mar.
• 2.4. Only active accounts in good standing, as determined by [Your Company Name], are eligible.

3. Membership Benefits

3.1. Priority Withdrawals

• 3.1.1. Members receive priority processing for withdrawals.
• 3.1.2. Includes weekend processing (Saturday and Sunday).
• 3.1.3.Standard processing and verification still apply.

3.2. Net Loss Cashback

• 3.2.1. Cashback is based on the previous week's net losses.
• 3.2.2. Net loss is calculated from Monday 00:00 to next Monday 23:59 (SAST).
• 3.2.3. Cashback is credited on the following Tuesday.
• 3.2.4. Net Loss = Total stakes - winnings - bonuses/free bets.
• 3.2.5. Percentage communicated directly to eligible members and may change.
• 3.2.6. Credited as bonus funds unless stated otherwise. Wagering terms may apply.

4. Maintaining Membership

• 4.1. Members must deposit at least once each calendar month to retain benefits.
• 4.2. No deposit in a month results in loss of benefits for the following month.
• 4.3. E.g., no deposit in August = no benefits in September.

5. Rejoining the Program

• 5.1.Players who lose benefits due to non-deposit must re-qualify.
• 5.2. Re-qualification requires two consecutive deposit months.
• 5.3. Benefits resume in the 3rd month after re-qualification.

6. General Terms and Conditions

• 6.1. Program Changes: Bettabets may amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. Efforts will be made to notify members of significant changes.
• 6.2. Abuse and Fraud: Fraudulent behavior or rule manipulation may lead to loss of benefits, account suspension, or forfeiture of winnings.
• 6.3. No Guarantees: Bettabets does not guarantee uninterrupted access or availability of any specific benefits.
• 6.4. Limitation of Liability: Bettabets is not liable for losses arising from participation in the Program, unless required by law.

• 6.6. Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be handled per our website Terms and Conditions.
• 6.7. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by South African law.
• 6.8. Interpretation: In case of translation discrepancies, the English version will prevail.
